No. BL50-BLK is the fixture only, with an MR11 bi-pin socket and no lamp. Order BL50-LED4W-BLK if you want the 4W 2900K flood lamp installed.
How is the Alliance BL50 black accent light mounted?
Each BL50 ships with a slotted 8-inch ground stake and two 16AWG leads (25 feet and 18 inches)
so it can be daisy-chained. The brass knuckle has a knob to set the aiming angle.

The socket is a spring-loaded ceramic MR11 bi-pin. The factory LED option is 4 watts,
